GB/T 228.1-2021 Tensile tests for metallic materials - Part 1: Test method at room temperature

2022.03.10

      This file replaces GB/T 228.1-2010 "Metal materials tensile test - Part 1: Test method at room temperature", and GB/T 228.From 1 to 2010, in addition to structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added normative references to JJG 139, JJG 475, JJG 762 and JJG 1063(see Chapter 2);

b) Added three terms and definitions of "elastic modulus", "default value" and "measurement coefficient" (see Chapter 3);

c) Increased choice of extensometer range (see Chapter 8);

d) General information on test rates has been added (see 10.3.1);

e) Two different types of strain rate control modes are added to the strain rate-based test rate (Method A);Methods A1 and A2, and a specific explanation of methods A1 and A2 (see 10.3.2);

f) A representation of computer compatibility standards has been added (see C.5);

g) The normative appendix "Determination of elastic modulus of metal materials by uniaxial tensile test" has been added (see Appendix D);

h) Changed longitudinal curved specimens (see Table H.1,2010 version of Table E.1);

i) Changed the estimate of the displacement rate of the compensation beam to take into account the deformation of the testing machine system (see Appendix 1, Appendix F, 2010 edition);

j) Determine the specified plastic extension strength (Rp) "from a normative to an informational appendix (see Appendix J, 2010 edition);

k) Changes to the assessment of measurement uncertainty (see Appendix O, Appendix L of the 2010 edition)。

    ISO 6892-1:2019 - Tensile tests for metallic materials - Part 1: Test methods at room temperature。

    This document has many structural adjustments compared to ISO 6892-1:2019, and A comparison of structural changes between the two documents is shown in Appendix A。

    There are some technical differences between this document and ISO 6892-1:2019 in that the outer margins of the articles are indicated by a single vertical line (|)。A list of these technical differences and their causes is given in Appendix B。

    As a drafting unit, Shenzhen Wanyi participated in the drafting of this standard。The microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine and microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine are suitable for this standard。The electronic universal testing machine can be equipped with high temperature furnace, high and low temperature environment box, etc., which can realize the mechanical properties test of materials at different ambient temperatures
