NDT drop hammer impact testing machine

Function summary:

       NDT drop weight impact testing machine is mainly used to determine the non-plastic transition temperature of ferritic steel (including sheet, profile, cast steel and forged steel)。The non-plastic transition temperature indicates the highest temperature at which brittle fracture occurs in steels with small cracks under dynamic loading yield stress。The test method is to lift a certain weight of the hammer to a certain height, and then release from the static, the hammer free fall impact on the surface of the sample, so as to dynamically load the sample。The testing machine integrates mechanical, electrical and automatic control technology, and realizes the automatic process of feeding, lifting, impact, sampling and grasping。In addition, the testing machine is equipped with multiple protection measures, which greatly improves the safety of operators and equipment use。The machine is a test instrument commonly used by large and small steel mills, iron and steel research institutes and other enterprises and scientific research units。
